 WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Monson Companies utilizes an inventory management system called Chempax 5.1. Chempax 5.1 allows for database retention, enabling the ease of tracking by lot/batch and product history as well as providing Bills of Lading that are in full compliance with all regulatory requirements. This program is a comprehensive chemical warehouse management system that provides our organization with the tools and the data required to meet the ever-changing needs of not only our customers, but your customers as well.

 AN AUTOMATED SAFETY DATA SYSTEM

In a continual effort to improve customer service, we have fully automated the processing of all Material Safety Data Sheet. The automated system scans each new data sheet into our AS400 mainframe computer, then automatically faxes it to the proper customer. Automating the MSDS process allows the most timely responses to our customers and helps them to handle and store all of our products safely.

 DOCUPAX

Docupax is a document management system designed specifically to handle the document needs of the chemical industry. It comes to us from Datacor, the same company that sells Chempax and LabelPax. Docupax is closely tied to Chempax, using the same product, customer and supplier files. The key component of Docupax is the program itself, which handles the storage and indexing of the documents and automatically distributes MSDS’s to customers. In addition there are several third-party products that work together with Docupax to give it the full functionality.
